- Appalachian Hardwood Collection: Premium new-growth wide-plank hardwoods sourced through regenerative Appalachian forestry, including Appalachian Rustic White Oak, Black Walnut, and Rustic Hickory.
- Antique Barn-Board Collection: Salvaged from 1800s barns, including skip-planed Antique Barn Board Pine showcasing circle-saw marks, and Antique Mixed Hardwood.
- Antique Wormy Chestnut Flooring: Milled from commercially extinct American Chestnut, prized for its buttery texture and signature insect-track character.

- Antique Beams & Timbers: Choose from Hand Hewn Barn Beams salvaged from the Shenandoah Valley retaining original broad-axe marks, Circle Sawn Beams, Antique Heart Pine Beams, or structural Douglas Fir Timbers reclaimed from old commercial buildings.
Reclaimed Wood Wall Planks
Authentic reclaimed wood paneling salvaged from century-old structures.
- Interior Barnwood: Choose from the rich earthen palette of our Aged Brown-Board Planks, the refined core of Antique Beam-Sawn Oak, or the smoothed high spots of our Antique Skip-Planed Wall Planks.
- Weathered & Painted Siding: The silvery, high-contrast skin of Antique Weathered-Gray Planks or Original Painted Barn Siding available in faded red, white, or unpainted gray.

About Appalachian Woods
Since 1997, we have been sourcing, milling, and supplying premium reclaimed wood from our facility in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We aren't a broker or a middleman; we are a dedicated lumber mill. Our team handles every step of the process—from carefully dismantling 19th-century agricultural structures to precision-milling the salvaged timber into wide plank flooring, architectural beams, and custom millwork. Learn more about our heritage on our About Us page.
Nationwide Shipping & Logistics
While our roots are in the Appalachian basin, our reach is national. We routinely ship custom flooring orders, heavy timber packages, and delicate millwork directly to residential and commercial job sites across the United States. Whether your project is in Napa Valley or upstate New York, we handle the crating and freight logistics to ensure your material arrives safely and on schedule. Read our full Shipping & Delivery details.
The Ordering Process
Because every project is unique and our inventory of historic wood is constantly rotating, we operate on a custom-quote basis. We work directly with architects, custom home builders, and homeowners to ensure the species, grade, and milling specifications are a perfect fit for your design. We recommend reviewing our Ordering Process and then calling our shop directly to discuss your project needs, request a custom sample box, and check current material availability.
